Also included in this latest image disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory. Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million. The released images suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool. You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section. The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section detailing various sections of the land. In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings. Further documentation made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
