π Share this article The Animated Series' Showrunner Is Aware of Fans' Second Season Bingo Cards β And She Has Positive Updates The highly-awaited second season of the musical adult cartoon Hazbin Hotel arrives on Prime Video soon, and fan speculation has been widespread. Season 1 presents a diverse group of personalities residing in the afterlife, pits them against each other accompanied by songs detailing their conflicts, and establishes heated competitions and emotional bonds that drive fan obsession. The community's expectations for season 2 differ greatly, but certain threads emerge over and over: Will Angel Dust escape his tormentor? Will we find out more about the binding agreement affecting Alastor the Radio Demon? Might certain characters' relationships evolve? "Naturally, I don't make the show with audience demands specifically in mind," the creator commented earlier this year. "However I believe that me being a fan of my own show implies there's a lot of it just naturally. She says her big-picture plan is for five seasons of Hazbin Hotel. Seasons 3 and 4 have already been green-lit by the production companies, which finance the series. That might mean viewers have to be patient for some of the biggest payoffs β but they could be shocked at how fast the new season progresses, and how many of what they're anticipating happens now. "I believe people are going to get a lot out of it," the creator notes. "There are several debut moments. I think we get some incredible disclosures, some really cool origin tales, and even basic elements, [like] I hope this character gets a song. [β¦] Audiences will experience additional musical numbers from the characters we didn't get to hear before." The creator is well-informed of the guesses and hopes about season 2 β especially in the form of audience prediction charts. "I've come across a few fans make a prediction grid about the new season," she says. "Obviously I won't share it, but I've already completed some of them, and almost all of them have almost a bingo. I thought, Oh, if you put this [event] in this spot, it would be a bingo. So that makes me think we accomplish much [of what fans are waiting for in this season], because I was like, Oh, there's multiple potential bingos on this card. So that brings me joy." Hazbin Hotel the second season premieres on Prime Video on Oct. 29.
